Orders:

• Orders can be placed via our website or just drop us with your request at personalise_it@bebelicious.com

Processing Time:

• After I have received your order, I will email artwork of your order(s) for you to check and approve. When the artwork is confirmed and payment made, it will take 7-10 working days to put your truly unique order together.
• Orders may be delayed during peak festive and sale periods, so do make allowance.  
• If you need your orders in a jiffy, please let me know the deadline in the "Comments" box when checking out or send your request to personalise_it@bebelicious.com.

Delivery:

• Registered Mail
• Orders are mailed via Singapore Post Registered Mail service. We do our best to post your orders as soon as it is completed.
• Postage and handling charges is a flat $3.80.
  
• Standard Mail
• Standard mail is available at a flat rate of $1.80.
• Pease let us know when checking out if you prefer to opt for standard mail service.
• Bebelicious will not be responsible for lost orders that are sent via Standard Mail. 
  
• Courier Service
• Islandwide courier service is available at prevailing charges. Please let us know of your location and we will get back to you with the rates.

International Shipping:

• Yes, we do ship internationally! So if you plan to bring on a smile to that special someone so far away, we will wrap and tag it with your well wishes and send it on its way. Prevailing international postal rates apply.
